A 10 mm frosted glass blue Dichroic glow jewel adorns a dainty Sterling Silver 1.5 mm open adjustable wrap band with a spiral flourish. The round, color shift, sparkly Dichroic art glass dome cab picks up the merest hint of light and returns it in a beautiful softened refractory glow of color even in the near dark. The color range of this is a pure blue to aqua refractory glow.
